Blue Gum Farm 2014 Service Fees

We are delighted to announce the service fees of our stallions for this upcoming season.  

New to our roster this year is yet another Group One winner in Glass Harmonium. Winner of the VRC LKS Mackinnon Stakes and with career earnings of over $1.6 million, Glass Harmonium defeated many quality stakes winners during his career, among them high profile Group One winners such as Absolutely, Alandi, Efficient, Crowded House, Foreteller, Green Moon, King Mufhasa, Lady Jane Digby, Lights Of Heaven, Linton, Master O’Reilly, Mourayan, Niwot, Ocean Park, Once Were Wild, Playing God, Redwood, Royal Diamond, Scenic Shot, Shoot Out, Sincero, Southern Speed, The Verminator, Triple Honour and  Zabeelionaire. Glass Harmonium covered a small private book of mares last season to test his fertility and he returned excellent results. We are now delighted to include him on our roster.

Canford Cliffs

World Champion Miler. Five time Group 1 winner. 25  first crop European foals sold averaged over €65,000. First Australian Weanlings sold so far have fetched up to $65,000.

Red Arrow

Beautifully bred son of Red Ransom and multiple Group 1 winner Lady Jakeo. His second crop of yearlings have sold to $100,000. Third crop weanling recently fetched $48,000.

Turffontein

Multiple Group 1 winner and now a leading First Season Sire. Currently Victoria’s leading First Season Sire. Sire of Hunters Grace and promising stakes placegetter Fontein Ruby. Second crop yearlings sold up to $110,000.

Glass Harmonium

A magnificent looking young grey stallion, he was a Group One performer from 1400 to 2000 metres. By proven sire Verglas and that stallion’s highest earner amongst 34 individual stakes winners.
2014 Fee $6,600


Elvstroem

Marvellous performer who continues to produce winners week in and week out. Sire of this year’s Adelaide Cup winner Outback Joe and CS Hayes Stakes winner Hucklebuck. Total progeny earnings through $15.4 million.
2014 Fee $4,400
