We knew that Astronomer Royal was a star performer on the racetrack. The Classic winning son of Danzig proved brilliantly fertile over his first book of mares in France this year and he is now continuing on his merry way in our breeding shed, with 18 of his first 19 mares covered tested safely in foal.

Included among those with early positives include the good Sydney Group 3 winning sprinter Throne Inn (King Of Kings); Delgara, the stakes winning dam of the classic winner Inkster; Elusive Doll, a Bellotto (USA) half-sister to three stakes winners including South Australia Derby (Gr 1) winner Hard To Get; Chelsey Cry (USA), a Street Cry (Ire) daughter of Grade 1 winner Chelsey Flower; Gambetta, a half-sister to Group 1 winner Umrum; Charlotte Larousse, a half-sister to Group 1 winner Bohemiath and Tizzy May, a three-quarter sister to Queensland Oaks winner Miss Danehill.
