The NET Annual Dinner Dance and Awards Night will be held on Saturday evening, the 15th of August at the beautifully appointed Eastbank Centre in Shepparton.

We reported in our April newsletter on the very successful North East Thoroughbreds Golf Classic held at the picturesque Euroa Course on March 23rd. Upon receiving that newsletter some folks on our mailing list called to say they wished they had been aware of the golf day prior to the event as they would have liked to participate. We certainly don’t want anyone to miss out on NET’s next function, that is for sure. The NET Annual Dinner Dance and Awards Night will be held on Saturday evening, the 15th of August at the beautifully appointed Eastbank Centre in Shepparton.

Wonderful North East wines and a sumptious five course meal, prepared by Eastbank’s own world renowned chefs Jill and Bernard Hayes, are definitely highlights of the evening, but there are many more. The remarkably talented and hilariously funny TV personality, Sean Cosgrove, is back as MC and the very popular covers band ‘Spank The Monkey’ will provide the dancing tunes well into the night. A little bird has also told us that due to the generosity and co-operation of some of the North East Studs, a surprise, internationally acclaimed act will dazzle and delight all.

It will be a fantastic evening and all at a cost of just $165 per head. Why not make a weekend of it and visit one of the leading studs in the area and/or the world renowned Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital, which will be conducting a tour of its facility on the Sunday morning.
